Spikers Hill Farm is situated off the A170 Pickering to Scarborough road.

If approaching from the East you pass over the bridge from East Ayton into West Ayton. After Ye Olde Forge Valley pub on your left the split roads converge and at this point you turn right into Cockrah road. Stay on this road past the West Ayton caravan club site until you see the Spikers Hill Farm sign. At the house with a red roof facing you the road turns right into Spikers Hill Lane. When you reach the farmhouse at the top turn left and your cottage is on the right. Parking is under cover in the area next to your cottage or anywhere on the opposite side.

If approaching from the West, on reaching the village of West Ayton,  Cockrah Road is your first turning left after the 30 mph sign. After that continue as the directions above
